I’ve been fascinated by three ingredient recipes for a very long time, so I’m not sure why it took me so long to find 3 ingredient snack recipes for young children.
My focus is always on food being refined sugar free, so these will not have the typical sugar overload. It is a very satisfying feeling, knowing your child is eating, clean, healthy food.
Another focus is trying to ensure that snacks have a decent amount of protein. Two of these recipes achieve just that!
This is the first in a series of 3 Ingredient Recipes for children.
